I am Rob Marquenie. I make music since 1982. I play synthesizers, computer, sampler and I sing. I like to experiment with sounds, melodies and harmonies in a way it is often used in film music. I also like to work with other musicians.

Story behind the song
This song I originally wrote in 1985. I later recorded this properly. It has two different measures through each other in a sort of minimal music tradition. Like Steve Reich. It slowly builds up with vocals and a tangerine dream like sequence and I wanted it to end with a synth solo like ELP's Lucky man. Love song for an imaginary woman. That's why for many years I never let it hear to anyone. It was too personal.
