Story behind the song
In this example, B minor pentatonic is used over the ii chord (Em7) to create an Em9 sound. C minor pentatonic is used over A7b9#5 to highlight all the altered tones (b9, #9, b5, #5). F# minor pentatonic is used over the D chord to create a maj7 tonality.
