We are OMNITROCY, a death metal band from Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Omnitrocy is a brutal/tech death metal band, founded in the summer of 2019, in Cluj-Napoca, by its original members, namely George (drums), Vladimir (guitar), Silviu (bass) and Ionuț (vocals). Silviu (bass) left the band in 2024, being replaced by Rares, in 2025. At the core of its musical concept lies the propensity towards introspection and dissection of the human psyche with the tools offered by the artistic field, but also the passion for extreme metal. Their sources of inspiration are concepts from the spheres of philosophy and psychology, such as specious present, Ego Depletion, God of the Gaps as a source of knowledge out of ignorance and solipsism as the only real instance of human psychological existence and so on.

Story behind the song
Ossified by Omnitrocy is a descent into the prison of the self, where inner walls suffocate and the voice of authenticity fades away. The track explores a world built from ones broken reflection, rigid, isolating, and crumbling under its own weight. Nothing lasts forever; only nothingness endures, turning existence into a bleak reminder of impermanence. The song embodies themes of dehumanization and emotional paralysis, where the heart turns to stone and self-awareness is smothered in the ossified chamber of the mind. Yet beneath the weight of this decay lies a call to confront the chaos within: to plunge deep, face illusions, and unearth hidden truths, no matter how painful. Ossified is more than an individual struggle; it reflects a shared human condition, where our collective minds harden, our truths echo, and then slowly fade into silence. It is both a lament and a challenge, a sonic monument to psychological entrapment, existential dread, and the desperate search for meaning within the void.
