Lyrics
[Verse] Late nights in the city moon's a hazy glow I'm dialing numbers hoping you'll pick up the phone Stars are out but I'm feeling all alone Wish your voice could guide me back to home [Verse 2] Cars are passin' by I see your face in every light Your laugh echoes in the alleys of the night I count the moments since we had that fight Baby come back let's make it right [Chorus] Girl you know I'm waiting for your midnight call In the dark I'm holding on I could lose it all Your love is like magic breaks the highest wall So dial me up girl I'm waiting for your call [Verse 3] Memories like whispers dancing on the breeze I need you like the ocean needs the sea Can't you see that you belong with me Girl can't you hear my silent pleas [Verse 4] Saw your shadow round the old café Shot of espresso made me feel some type of way Girl you got me dreaming every day Come back to me don't make me wait [Chorus] Girl you know I'm waiting for your midnight call In the dark I'm holding on I could lose it all Your love is like magic breaks the highest wall So dial me up girl I'm waiting for your call
