I am a musical journeyman, and have been recording (on and off) in a home studio, since about 1988. I experiment with different forms, methods, and styles,
I began to recording on a cassette 4-track (Tascam Porta-One) in 1988, and enjoying the whole process of recording sounds, I then purchased an Atari ST, running Cubase Vs1. I moved on to a digital 8-track in about 1998 (Roland VS-880) and then to a more modern mac setup, which I'm using now. I am a visual artist, as well as a musical experimenter, an dI believe this does inform the way I work.

Heatball 2 In my mind’s eye, riding down this turquoise highway, the lines converge, my eyes are blurred, as if with chocolate sauce. Sunbirds flying gently in the sky, cascading ringlet’s dance among the leaves, the sea reflects the orb of heat, Cicada’s buzz, a throbbing pulse, the heat fund’s down, words and pictures swirl around, am I in heaven? Dim memories of an ancient time, pushing upwards, and outwards, as if into space, an eye of lines, begins tp form, from window’s forged, in dream’s re-born.
