Christian Music Artist & Songwriter: Don Tipton, his style of music will both bless you, and lead you to the throne of God. Don Tipton is the former lead singer for the Christian rock band: "Compassion". He is happily married, and the proud father of four daughters. Originally from Ohio, he spent a number of years in Michigan, during which he was part of the worship team at his church, Macomb Christian Community Center. He now resides in Tennessee. Don is a Christian singer, songwriter, and also plays guitar. He has been a Spirit filled Christian for most of his adult life. His style of music ministers to young, and old alike. Life has not always been easy, and he has endured his share of struggles, but through it all Jesus Christ has been his solid rock, the Holy Spirit has been his Comforter, and Guide, and God the Father has been faithful, and blessed him time and time again. Don released his first solo album called "Holy Fire" in late 2005. Country Artist & Songwriter: Don Tipton, Don has written hundreds of Christian, and Country songs that until recently were never heard outside his family, and friends, and now because of the modern day internet, Don's songs are being heard around the world. These are songs that will touch you where you live, because you will find yourself relating to their message. Don's brand of music can not be held to a single style. Jesus Christ is steady as a Rock! Have you asked Him into your heart, if not, what are you waiting for ? Let's say this prayer together! Dear Jesus, I come before you now, knowing that I am a sinner. I ask you to forgive me of all my sins, and cleanse me from all unrighteousness, and clothe me with your forgiveness, and your robe of righteousness. I repent of all my past failures, and shortcomings. I know I've missed the mark, but please come into my heart, and my life right now, and fill me with your Holy Spirit, and baptize me in that same Holy Spirit. Teach me to live for you from this day forward. Give me a hunger for your word & a desire to serve you all the days of my life. AMEN!!!! If you've just prayed that prayer, then I'd like to welcome you to the family of God! We urge you to now find someone & tell them about the decision you just made to follow Christ, for with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Please find a bible believing, Spirit filled church, and attend regularly, and spent time in prayer, and fellowship with God, and read the bible daily.

Lyrics
I THOUGHT I SAW YOU YESTERDAY OUT ON THE BOULEVARD, YOU WERE STANDING THERE WITHOUT A CARE, AN UMBRELLA UNDER YOUR ARM. I CALLED YOUR NAME AND I WAS ASHAMED WHEN A STRANGER LOOKED MY WAY, I'LL GET OVER YOU, BUT IT WON'T BE TODAY. CHORUS: I NEVER KNEW LONELY, WHEN I WAS YOUR ONLY, AND NOW THAT YOU'RE GONE, LIFE STILL GOES ON, I'M ALL ALONE, HERE ON MY OWN, I NEED SOMEONE TO HOLD ME, NOW THAT I KNOW LONELY. VS:2 I COULD SWEAR YOU WERE THERE AT THE COUNTY FAIR WHEN I SAW YOUR FACE IN THE CROWD, I MADE A FOOL OF MYSELF WHEN I SHOUTED YOUR NAME OUT LOUD. THE PEOPLE THERE JUST STOPPED AND STARED AS IF I WERE INSANE, I'LL GET OVER YOU, BUT IT WON'T BE TODAY. REPEAT CHORUS: BRIDGE: LOSING YOU WAS THE HARDEST THING THAT I'VE EVER FACED, LORD HEAR MY PRAYER, I KNOW THAT YOU CARE, IT'S RIGHT NOW THAT I NEED YOUR GRACE. MAYBE TOMORROW WILL FIND ME WITH A BRAND-NEW LEASE ON LIFE, BUT AS FOR TODAY, ALL I CAN SAY IS I WANT TO BREAK DOWN AND CRY. REPEAT CHORUS: TAG: I NEED SOMEONE TO HOLD ME, NOW THAT I KNOW LONELY.
