"Mention must be made to the diversity that this artist stretches himself across. Take a look: acoustic guitar, alternative, classical, film music, experimental, metal, and rock, playing all instruments and writing all compositions himself." -Jenny S (excerpt) "Complex and odd are good adjectives for his work, but then so are involving and intriguing." -Cam Bastedo (excerpt) __________________________________________________________ Everything was written and performed by Thielus Grenon: unless otherwise stated. Lyrics
Breath on Fire (Verse 01) Worn wood, chipped paint, cartilage of rust Salt air from sea churned up like dust Fine moisture spray, steep emerald swell Liquid folds to crush a creaking shell (Rant) I just want you to speak again I just want you to walk again I just want you to love again I just want you to be again Always to Remember (Verse 02) Simple morning sun can warm the breeze Simple morning rush can kill the day Weapon of fate it fills her eyes Her tender motion screeched to still-life (Rant) I just want you to speak again I just want you to walk again I just want you to love again I just want you to be again Always to Remember (Outro / Verse 03) I just want you to speak again I just want you to walk again I just want you to love again I just want you to be again Crumbling walls, decaying floor His breath on fire, heart hollow Merciful whispers all he needs Love lights the path and he will follow

Thielus, as is nearly always the case with your work, this is musically sparkling and beautiful. I just love the guitar work. The production is clear, clean, and impressive. Lyrically this is a powerful piece of work. The song bleeds sadness and loss. The words dissolve into the music like a chemical solution. If this is not a lament for someone lost, then it should be -- even though, as is always the case -- the loss itself will always hurt and feel unseemly. The still sad music of humanity, raw and real.

A beautiful song. Musically progressive but still catchy, technically impressive but still emotional. I hope it helps.
