Many of our flowers can be used in our meals. They are quite nutritious and there are many ways to prepare them. Today, I learned how to make Lilac Syrup and Dandelion Fritters, using the flower of the Dandelion, and I am happy about it . Excellent and inexpensive to prepare. The Dandelion greens are rich in Vitamin A, C , E and K, folate and a bit of Vitamin B1 . Dandelions are very helpful to the soil.
